Q		Who can order images from this site?
A		Registered clients - generally, companies seeking images for brochures, books and websites.
Q		How can I become a registered client?
A		Please CLICK HERE and request a CREDIT APPLICATION FORM
Q		Can I order without registering, or if I am a private individual?
A		Yes, but only if we receive payment in advance by credit card. Just order and request credit card payment in the COMMENTS box. We'll email you a secure payment link.
Q		What resolution do we set when scanning images for reproduction?
A		300dpi at approximately A4 size.
Q		What is the largest size at which I can reproduce the images?
A		The absolute maximum is A4 size.
Q		What file format are these images?
A		They are JPEG images (RGB), supplied on a CD, which can be read by MAC or PC.
Q		Can you send them out via an ISDN line or email?
A		Not ISDN, but we can email up to 3  high-res images, if your mailbox can accept them, at a charge of £5.25.  If you require this, uncheck the FORMAT box when completing your order information.
Q		Can I pay by credit card?
A		Yes. We'll email a link to a secure payment page, if you indicate this in your COMMENTS box.
Q		How do I know you have received my order?
A		We will e-mail you.  If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please call us on 01305 834032.
Q		How soon will you dispatch my order?
A		Orders received by midday on a working day are normally dispatched the same day
